Friendly staff accommodating our requests.

I had booked a Deluxe room but found the flushing system poorly functioning. It took multiple attempts to clear just one piece of toilet paper. The Deluxe Quad room was cramped with only one restroom, causing delays for my family. Next time, I will opt for two connecting Deluxe rooms instead.

Perfectly Placed Getaway

The hotel's location near the metro was unbeatable. Each morning started with the aroma of local breakfast stalls right outside. It felt vibrant and welcoming!

However, the room itself was quite cramped, leaving little space for our luggage. I wished for a bit more room to breathe during our stay.

The double double room we stayed in was surprisingly spacious and comfy, perfect for our family of four! We loved unwinding by the rooftop pool and enjoying the steam room after a long day of exploring. The only hiccup was that the door close was a bit noisy, but it didn’t really bother us. 😊

We spent 4 delightful nights in a cozy Deluxe Quad, loving the breakfast options and the self-service laundry, although the room was slightly smaller than expected from the pictures.

I enjoyed my stay at Cityview, Chinese YMCA. The location near public transport is fantastic, making exploration easy. The room was clean and spacious, ensuring a comfortable stay. The only downside was some noise from the street, but it didn't overshadow my overall experience.

The location is amazing! We had easy access to the Ladies' Market and all the vibrant streets around Nathan Road. Plus, our room was spacious enough for our family, and my granddaughter loved exploring the nearby fruit markets. Everything was so convenient!

In my wife’s opinion, adding a water refilling station on each floor would help families save time. It was quite a trek to the lobby just to get a drink of water every time.
